Further to the announcement on 3rd March 2015 (“MOU with KPMG for Day Lockers”), TZI Australia Pty Limited (“TZ”, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a multi-million dollar supply contract with Fredon Security Pty Limited (“Fredon”) for the supply of the electronic locking solution and software management system for employee day lockers to be deployed at KPMG’s new offices at Barangaroo, Sydney and Collins Street, Melbourne. Supply will commence immediately for Barangaroo, where KPMG is expected to move into from January 2016.

Under the MOU, supply to KPMG commenced earlier this year with initial deployments at their offices in Adelaide, South Australia and in Parramatta, New South Wales. An enterprise wide supply agreement between KPMG and TZ is due for finalisation in the coming weeks.

Fredon is a leading supplier of electrical, security, communications, data and HVAC Services to government, large corporations and the industrial and construction sectors. Fredon has been awarded the supply and installation contract for the above system from builder Lend Lease, who is responsible for the construction of three new commercial towers at Barangaroo, called International Towers Sydney (ITS).

The ITS Towers have been designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Rogers, Stirk, Harbour + Partners. Among the key design principles of the KPMG workplace are world class sustainable design targets, good access to daylight, maximisation of openness and large, flexible office floor plates combined with specifically designed collaboration areas to enable greater engagement between teams.
