Cedarville University Gets Smart

Cedarville University are already reaping the benefits of a TZ SMArt Locker solution to manage growing parcel volumes and solve the added challenges of social distancing and contactless collection.

18 months ago Tammy Slone, Director of Retail Services at Cedarville University, began researching smart lockers and was impressed by the TZ solution implemented by East Tennessee State University, in Johnson City, Tennessee and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. The project was accelerated by the impact of COVID and and the university moved quickly from 2,700 individual mailboxes to 392 lockers, 220 mailboxes and a new and efficient process.
