Post a successful AFL career, Simon worked in corporate advisory and equity capital markets, with initial experience at Patersons Stockbroking before joining Sequoia Financial Group (SEQ) and then the Delcor Family office. In this time Simon worked on IPO’s, equity placements, corporate advisory and restructuring. He has worked on a variety of deals across many business sectors. Recently, Simon has been Director of Investor Relations with Paradigm Biopharma, an ASX Top 300 company. Simon’s skills in corporate governance will be most beneficial to the TZ Limited board.
Tim Richardson
Non-Executive Director
Tim Richardson is an experienced senior technology and transformation leader with over two decades of executive experience spanning enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cyber security, and operating model change across complex, highly regulated environments. He has operated at C-level – including CIO, CTO, and CISO capacities – working with Boards and Executive Leadership Teams to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
Most recently, Tim has been advising organisations as an independent CIO and technology advisor through his consultancy, Changeasaservice, leading platform transitions, cloud migrations, modern workplace programs, and cyber roadmap initiatives for listed financial services entities and enterprise clients. Previously, he held senior technology and transformation leadership roles at Iress Limited, where he directed large-scale platform modernisation, systems integration, and delivery uplift across multiple business lines. As Chief Transformation Officer and CISO at ESSSuper, Tim was accountable for enterprise transformation, technology strategy, and cyber risk at the executive level. Earlier in his career, he held senior advisory roles at ANZ, Computershare, MLC/National Australia Bank, and KPMG, delivering technology strategy, regulatory readiness, and major program turnarounds across banking, funds management, and wealth management.
Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from La Trobe University.
Chris Kelliher

Chris Kelliher brings 36 years of senior management experience in relevant industry sectors including establishing Microsoft Corporation’s 21st Subsidiary in New Zealand in 1990, recognized in 1993 by Bill Gates as one of MSFTs best performing businesses.
Promoted to Managing Director Microsoft Australasia to implement cost reduction and growth initiatives in 1994 and then to Regional Director South Pacific region in 1996 through to 1998. Since then, he has held CEO and Director positions in numerous public and private companies in the Technology, Biotech and Aviation sectors including senior executive roles with TZ in the USA contributing to IP creation, product development and commercialization.
Chris created most of TZ’s data centre products. Recently, Chris has been the driver of the major projects within the division. Chris is tertiary educated in Telecommunications.
LeiLei Shen
Group Chief Finance Officer
Leilei is a Certified Public Accountant Australia and Certified Management Accountant USA, who is dedicated to the management and supervision of all areas of financial accounting and reporting. Leilei joined TZ in 2023 and has been instrumental in leading the streamlining of operational processes and improved business efficiencies in the US business. With Vijay Gupta transitioning to retirement, she has taken on the Group CFO role which is pivotal for TZ’s development and market expansion
Prior to TZ, she worked in senior accounting roles in multinational organisations in the medical equipment, travel technology and refrigeration transportation industries.
Shi Song Tan
Regional Manager, Asian Sales and Operations
Shi Song brings more than 10 years of senior management experience in the technology sector. He began his career at a Systems Integrator company through a comprehensive Management Trainee program, gaining valuable experience across various business functions.
As a Project Manager with TZ, he managed city-wide level project deployments for prominent clients, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction. His role briefly evolved into Supply Chain Manager for Asian Supply Partners, where he was instrumental in the development and market introduction of next-generation TZ products, showcasing his strategic and technological expertise.
Shi Song transitioned to Account Management for TZ during the COVID period, focusing on nurturing and expanding relationships with local clients in Singapore. His deep industry knowledge and customer-centric approach have been pivotal in sustaining business growth, seeing him promoted to Director of TZ’s Singapore operation and more recently to Regional Manager.
Certified as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Shi Song demonstrates a commitment to industry best practices and continuous professional development. He also serves as a Board Member at Lutheran Care Community Services, where he utilizes his strategic planning and governance skills to support the organization’s mission, reflecting his dedication to societal impact.
