Why do I need to move?

  1. If you are not enrolled in a TZ Cloud Subscriptions, you will no longer be able to access updated software and development releases, which allows for the optional performance of your TZ system
  2. In addition to updates, you will not be able to access TZ support services
  3. From September 2023, a new software update will be designed for cloud/term licenses* only
  4. TZ no longer sells perpetual licenses

* Due to safety and compliance reasons, customers with on-premises requirements will fall under a term license

FAQ's

How is TZ Cloud licensing priced?

TZ Cloud prices are based on an individual customers’ installation configuration, accounting for specific elements such as total number of kiosks or number of locations.

How long is a TZ Cloud license valid? 

You have the option to purchase a three (3) year or five (5) year license. Payments are made annually. Bespoke payment cycles can be discussed with your TZ Account Manager.

What if my requirements change? 

You can increase your support at any time. This will be reflected in your payment terms. 

Can I move my subscription to another part of the business? 

Yes, your TZ support team can help to action.

What happens if I don’t subscribe to TZ Cloud?

Customers who choose not to migrate to the subscription model will no longer have access to TZ support services. If an issue occurs, you will have to subscribe before we can address and resolve the issue. 

I don’t need software; can I just get hardware support?

No, you cannot purchase only a hardware maintenance license. If required, you may purchase parts at your own discretion, but this may impact your warranty due to compatibility and maintenance issues.
