The mail center director at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville came to his role from Princeton, where the mail center there deployed TZ SMArt Lockers. Knowing how TZ lockers maximized Princeton student satisfaction, he decided to give UT-Knoxville students the same experience, by having the US TZ SMArt™ Lockers team install  more than 800 lockers at three different campus locations.
